According to People magazine, Jon and Kate Gosselin are not divorced.

But look at what people have to say about it.

• Yes I believe that Jon will leave Kate because she treats him like another child and well i think he’s had enough. I think Kate should just hang back and let Jon do what he thinks is right for the kid’s think Kate is a hypocrite when she talks about her rules in hotel’s Anyway sorry off the Subject I think Jon would be happier off with another woman who wasn’t so controlling all the time’s a huge fan of Jon and the kids but Kate should just go off she is always so negative towards Jon and the kids. I feel for them i really do but if there unhappy then why stay together If anyone else can explain why they think they should stay together then i might just change my answer.
• I believe this is all just a big publicity act. Said “interviews” from kate’s sister have not been proved to exist. And if they are getting a divorce they should say it themselves. These “affairs” are most likely false as well. And a contract on how Jon is allowed to cheat is plain stupid. No one in their right mind, especially a control freak like Kate would allow their husband to cheat. Despite the bickering its obvious they both love each other to death. And they made a promise to all their children to stay together, no matter what. I believe that this rumor (which is what it is) is false.
• Yes. When Jon appeared at the speaking engagement at Penn State University, he later told a group of people he went to a bar with that as of February 2, 2009, he and Kate had separated. He then said he was “divorcing her ass” once the TLC contract was up in one year.He no longer lives in Wernersville with the family and only goes there for filming the show. He reportedly lives with his mother in Huntington, PA. It has also been reported that when he is in Wernersville for filming, he lives in the 800-square-foot apartment above the three-car garage.
• There are pictures of Jon with young college coeds all over the Internet and he appears intoxicated in most of these pictures. He goes to Shorty’s Bar in Kutztown, Legends Bar in Reading, and also various bars in Huntingdon when at his mom’s. Jon recently purchased a condo in Utah (near Park City, the ski resort) and Kate is never home due to speaking engagements. They prefer this arrangement, because they simply cannot tolerate each other.
• According to Jon at his Penn State appearance, they have gone through 15 nannies/babysitters and now are on their 16th — a Vietnamese nanny. So, they are just waiting for their TLC contract to be over to get a divorce and go their separate ways.
• Jon left Kate because there was some rumors in the air that he was cheating on her while at a college party when he went on a business trip. There is a picture, but it looks like either it was taken a while ago, or it is a lookalike.
• Yes, they are getting a divorce. They were both cheating on each other.
• If what Kate’s Sister and Brother-In-Law are saying now is actually true, divorce is inevitable. That however, is one big IF. I saw the interview they gave to radaronline (I believe), about how they supposedly have a “contract” that allows Jon to have girlfriends on the side in exchange for him showing up for filming sessions. I have a hard time believing this for a number of reasons. First of all, I have been trained in interviewing and interrogation techniques, and everything about that interview screams DECEPTION. Secondly, what in the world would be the motivation for her own SISTER to give an interview and tell the world about this, if it is true? I think $$$$ may be the true motivation; both the money they got for the interview, as well as their share of the money they receive for appearing on the show which, as has been reported, they are not happy with. Lastly, Kate is obviously a control freak, and I cannot see her giving free reign for her husband’s philandering just to keep a reality show going. Of course I cannot imagine the stress and strain 8 kids would put on a marriage, let alone 8 kids plus a film crew, paparazzi and all of the accouterments that go along with a huge hit show. Now they’re also doing a book and a possible movie! I really do hope they stay together, but so many marriages end in divorce nowadays without a tenth of what they have to go through… it’s hard to see how they will be able to hold it all together.
• What i think is just that the paparazzi is doing that to get money that’s all.
• People, this rumor is not true. Jon was just giving a friend a ride home because she broke down, Yes Kate was out of town but that doesn’t matter, I know you can’t prove if he was at a bar or not but this NOT true! So stop spreading rumors! They have 8 kids and have been married TWICE they promised to the KIDS that they will always be together, who would lie to their 8 children?
• I think that he is really stupid to go around cheating on Kate, and I TOTALLY believe that they r getting a divorce, but they are going to continue the show for the money, I mean, they both quit their jobs for the kids and the show, and even if they did stop the show they would be followed by paparazzi So, whats the point of quiting? Get followed by paparazzi and get paid for it, or get followed by paparazzi and don’t They aren’t that stupid, even though Jon is an idiot sometimes….
• Yes, the Gosselins are getting a divorce. I believe Jon was cheating on Kate and Kate was cheating on Jon.
• Paparazzi is just making this all up for the money! Jon would NEVER cheat on Kate. Who in their right mind would want to cheat on their spouse! Kate is awesome, who would want to cheat on her? Jon said he did not on the news and I totally believe him! Kate should believe him too! I know from the bottom of my heart, THEY WILL NOT DIVORCE!
• I think that the papparazi need someone else to bug because it seems everyone has forgot about their kids. How do you think Cara & Mady are responding to this? The papparazi have completely forgot how these young children are feeling.
• I knew from the first time I saw the show that Jon was a real unhappy guy. I never knew he would be like this. Though Kate hits him a lot……. they have to cut it out of the show!
