What are uses of X-rays


X-rays are electromagnetic radiation which is invisible. This high frequency radiation has a wavelength between 10 to 0.01 nanometers at a frequency of 30 PHz to 30 EHz. Due to small wavelength they can easily pass through solid bodies. X-rays were discovered by German physicist, Roentgen in 1895 when he was experimenting with gas discharge tube on electron beams.

The long battle with breast cancer is finally over for Stefanie Speilman. Stefanie, the wife of Chris Speilman, died on 19th November at a young age of 42.

Married to Chris Spielman, the NFL and Ohio State Star, Stefanie was 30 years old, when she lost the baby in miscarriage.
