All human beings have nipples on their breasts/chests. A nipple is that part of the body through which milk from the mother is given to her baby. They generally point out and this is the most common type. But out of all the people almost about 15 to 20 percent people have inverted nipple. It can be for females as well as for males. The inverted nipple is the one which instead of protruding out is retracted into the breast.

This is not so common but yes a lot of people have it. There is a misconception that there is a problem in breast feeding for mothers if they have inverted nipple but it is not so. When the baby sucks it they protrude out for a while and then set back inside. f still one does not want to go on with these, then she can get a surgery done in order to get the normal nipples. In the beginning for the new mothers there may be some pain in the nipples when they protrude out on sucking or during pregnancy, but this pain is temporary.

There are no complications in breast feeding with the inverted nipple. Though the surgery is a way to get the nipples to protrude, but this may render the female to destroy her competence to breast feed the baby forever. Another method of protruding the inverted nipple is to get it pierced, the piercing will make it protrude for a short time but the piece of ornament there will prevent it from getting back inside the breast.

But the studies say that there may be side effects of this method too. The best way is to let the body way it is. Inverted nipple is not a disease nor will it lead to any problem. So, let it remain the way it is naturally.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Every year, the month of the October is celebrated as the breast cancer awareness month. This was started in the United Kingdom by some scientists. Many ladies have the problem of getting the breast cancer. This problem can be solved only if there is awareness and some basic knowledge given to the ladies about the problems connected with the breasts and how to avoid breast cancer. In the month of the October, the doctors and the researchers try to give more information and organize some programs and seminars to increase breast cancer awareness.

The breast cancer makes a person die and many of the Hispanic women die due to the breast cancer. So there is a necessity in organizing the seminars during the breast cancer awareness month. There is an increase in the getting of the breast cancer as the age increases. When a lady is forty plus, she has more chances of getting a breast cancer. Ladies should do regular exercises; have a good and a balanced diet that is rich in nutrients, vitamins, calcium, etc. It is important to avoid alcohol and other intoxicating substances which will brighten up the chances for getting a breast cancer.

Every lady can perform the breast cancer test by herself and then can get clues about whether they have the breast cancer or not. Simple observations like change in the color of the breasts, nipple discharge or any marks on the breast are some of the symptoms of the breast cancer.

In the breast cancer awareness month, the seminars are organized on how to conduct the self test, what are the symptoms of the breast cancer, the severity, the treatment that can be obtained, the side – effects that come along with the breast cancer treatments are generally discussed in these seminars and the programs.

Simona Halep, the 17-year-old junior French Open champ – whose vital stats are: height 5ft 5in; world ranking 264; cup size 34DD – confirmed: “This fall I’ll have a breast reduction operation. The breasts make me uncomfortable when I play. It’s the weight that troubles me – my ability to react quickly.”

The teenager, who has a host of junior tennis titles and won the junior French Open last year, says the operation would mean she has less weight to carry on court.

Miss Halep, from Constantza, Romania, is currently ranked 264th in the world. She lost in the second qualifying round for this year’s French Open at Roland Garros.
